Accommodation

The conference will be held at the joint campus of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice. You can choose between a number of hotels in the city and student dormitories.

Student hostel

Student dormitories in the campus will be available for students and others interested in staying in cheap accommodation during the conference. Places will be booked on a first-come-first-serve basis. The number of places will be limited - please inform us if you decide NOT to stay in the dormitories after you have booked a place to make the place available again.

For booking student hostel please complete the form and submit it following the instructions. We will confirm your booking via e-mail.

Payment for the dormitories will be arranged at the hostel reception and will be accepted only Czech crowns (in cash) for this particular payment. We will provide assistance if you need to exchange money first.

Information:

• There are 40 double rooms available at the student hostel, each for 455 CZK a night per person (ca €20), i.e. the cost of a single bed in the double room is 235 CZK (ca €10). Due to limited number of rooms, you have to share the room to be eligible to pay the cost of a single bed (i.e 235 CZK) - unless there is no more people to share with. If you want to have the room just for yourself, you have to book and pay for the whole room (i.e. 455 CZK).
• Two double rooms share one bathroom.
• There are no breakfasts provided at the student hostel. A simple kitchen is available at each floor. A small snack-bar is located near the conference hall in the Campus.
